PRIVATE EQUITY FUND MANAGEMENT
ACP is currently applying for a Collective Investment Scheme licence in Mauritius, allowing it to launch the Impact Fund for Africa VCC (IFFA), an umbrella fund for impact investing in Africa.
The first sub-fund to be launched will be the IFFAC Fashion, with a $50m raise for investment into African fashion entrepreneurs

ACP will consider investments on its own balance sheet where the underlying sector and business fit with its mission and purpose.
ACP actively works with the management of its investee companies, using its sector experience, skills and expertise to provide long-term strategic and sustainable input.
These investments are made with a long-term view,providing ACP and its fellow shareholders the ability to participate in the underlying growth of the business. Currently the business has a stake in a textile mill in west africa and a fintech match making platform
